Delivery in Tomsk:
Delivery is free for residents of Tomsk. We deliver your order to your home or office every day, including weekends (the day after registration).

Delivery in Russia by CDEK transport company or Russian Post:
The choice of the delivery method, as well as the coordination of its cost, occurs when clarifying the order with the manager by phone. We will ship the product within 2 business days after receiving the order, unless otherwise agreed by phone with the manager. Payment for the delivered goods is made upon receipt at the CDEK pick-up point or the Russian Post, or to the courier, in the case of such a form of delivery.

Return of the product:
The online store "Prenols" guarantees a refund when making a return of the goods.
In case of refusal of the goods, the amount paid is subject to refund, except for the cost of delivery of the goods, as well as other expenses of the online store, which are subject to compensation at the expense of the buyer (art. 26.1 of the Law "On Consumer Protection").
All goods that have not been used of improper quality (manufacturing defects) are subject to return. A refund/exchange is possible within 14 days from the date of purchase, if there is no doubt about the defect. The decision to return or replace the goods or refund the money is made within no more than 14 days from the date of payment of the goods by the buyer.
To return the product, contact us in any way indicated in the contacts. Send the purchased goods to our address by any transport company (CDEK, DPD, etc.). After receiving the goods, a refund will be issued within two banking days.
